Aluminum Composite Panels

ACPs are made of aluminum composite material (ACM), they are flat panels consisting of two thin coil-coated aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core. ACPs are frequently used for external cladding or facades of buildings, insulation, and signage. Our ACPs consists of a fire rated (FR) or limited combustibility (A2) core enclosed between two aluminum skins. This simple concept offers an incredible strength to weight ratio, stability, high weather resistance, outstanding surface flatness and high workability

.ACP is mainly used for external and internal architectural cladding or partitions, false ceilings, signage, machine coverings, container construction and so on. Applications of ACP are not limited to external building cladding, but can also be used in any form of cladding such as partitions, false ceilings, etc.

ACP is also widely used within the signage industry as an alternative to heavier, more expensive substrates. The ACP allows for optimal usage through its cost, durability, and efficiency. Its flexibility, low weight, and easy forming and processing allow for innovative design with increased rigidity and durability. Aluminum composite panels are available in almost 40 different colours and can even be made in custom colours to fit your building application.

Designers can choose to have the look of aluminum, copper, zinc, or stainless-steel colours. It is difficult to find another building material that can grant this kind of design flexibility with such clean and modern lines that will withstand the tests of time.

We supply

ACPs, it’s available in multiple colours and visual effects.

To address current building codes throughout the world, aluminum composite panels are available with cores that are made of fire-resistant materials. The core is built to meet codes for large buildings such as skyscrapers and multiple story buildings to ensure that non-combustible materials are used to suit the building applications

Curtain Wall System

To achieve a truly frameless look for your next architectural project, the Glass and Cladding Expert offers a full suite of engineered products and services to ensure you achieve the desired architectural intent. Curtain wall systems clad a building envelope with glass and aluminium to protect the interior from the elements and creates a safe and comfortable work environment for the building occupants. Curtain walls are designed to only carry their own weight. The wall transfers wind loads to the main building structure at connection points in the floors or columns of the building. A curtain wall is designed to resist air and water infiltration, as well as sway created by wind and seismic forces, and its own weight. Curtain walls may span from floor to floor, used in punched opening applications, or span multiple floors, and take into consideration design requirements such as: thermal expansion and contraction, building sway and movement, water diversion, and thermal efficiency for cost-effective heating, cooling, and lighting in the building. The Glass & Cladding Expert offers a range of installation and aesthetic options to meet your project needs. Our curtain wall systems are available with inside, outside or structurally glazed options. We also offer a variety of Pressure Glazed, Structural Glazed Systems and Unitized Systems.

Spider Glaze System

Spider Glazing Systems provide maximum daylight for building interiors, as well as the possibility of placing large transparent glass surfaces as building envelopes. Due to its visual attractiveness such architectural building envelopes are commonly used on commercial buildings to create premium building skins. A wide variety of applications are available, including curtain walls, canopies and atriums, allowing maximum transparency, brightness optimization and unique design. Glass Walls offer stunning visual clarity for panoramic views while incorporating protection and structural stability. Full-height or cantilevered fins help brace the system and transfer loads to the structure by supporting the vertical glass. Systems also can be designed to bolt back to a steel substructure. Each system is designed to your specific dimensions and load requirements, incorporating a broad selection of standard and custom point-supported spider fittings

Glass Handrail System

Structural Glass Railings are a great choice for commercial interior or exterior, balcony railing or stair railing applications. This architectural railing solution provides fall protection barrier and wind protection without obstruction to view or an unsightly barrier. Structural Glass Hand railings can be either top or fascia mounted. It is available with a glass bracket mounted handrail, round top cap or a U-channel top cap. Base shoe is available in stainless steel or an anodized aluminium cladding

Our Glass Guard Rail Systems are by far the safest glass railing system sold today. It meets the strictest international building code requirements for loads and impacts. The systems will not delaminate, creep and or discolor over time. With three tempered laminated glass thickness’s to choose from this system will not only satisfy your needs for safety and security it will give you all glass look you want.

Office Partition

Many offices opt for partitions in place of permanent walls, with increased options of floor-to-ceiling glass to opaque desk dividers, meaning every workplace can find the right partitions to suit employees. Partitions provide certain benefits such as:

1. Natural light – Glass partitions are effective in maximizing the impact of natural light. The clear glass in place of walls also creates a bigger impression of open space, providing a more positive, welcoming environment to work in. The added light can also make a good impression on guests to the office as well as staff, with spacious and airy offices favoured compared with environments that must rely on artificial lighting.

3. Cost effective & Practical – Office partitions, such as jumbo walls, are a far more cost effective method of dividing the office than having full, permanent walls installed. Likewise, partitions mean you can save on energy costs, as less rooms need to remain heated with lighting. Introducing partitions is also a practical application, as it means that any future expansions of teams or rearrangements within the office is far easier with temporary screens that can be removed or installed quickly and easily, rather than being limited to set spaces.

2. Aesthetics – The range of styles and materials office partitions are available in can contribute towards a modern, colourful environment. Solid partition walls can even be designed in-keeping with your company’s colour scheme. Likewise, opting for glass or part-glazed partitions instead of additional walls creates more space and light – features that are generally agreed to make for a more positive and appealing work space.

4. Privacy – Partitions reduce noise levels crossing the office, allowing staff to focus on their own work without distraction, and to take phone calls/hold meetings in a professional manner without excessive background noise. The options to have frosted or glazed dividers provides an added layer of privacy, allow staff to focus on their work or have meetings more privately. Finally, the partitions create an element of personal space for each employee, clearly sectioning their work area. This can be useful for employees to feel secure in their work environment, and to be able to focus on their projects

Heavy Duty Casement and Projection Windows

A casement window, also referred to as a crank-out window, has a single sash that opens outward on a vertical axis by rotating a crank that is attached to the sash with heavy duty hinges. The hinges can open the sash to a full 90 degrees allowing for easy cleaning from inside the home. A multipoint locking system closes the unit tightly from a single lever. The casement is the most energy efficient of all operable window styles. Casements may be joined together into double, triple or quadruple units.

Our Commercial Door combines sophisticated design with the rugged durability to stand up to years of commercial use. Available in a wide variety of design and customization options,

Roll Shutter and Garage Doors

Protect your business from vandalism, break-ins, and theft

Rolling shutters provide the ultimate in security and storm protection for your home or business. They are strong, secure, and durable and glide easily into place when you need them. Rollshutters are the ultimate security solution when you need to protect what is behind your door. They will not only protect your home from break-ins but also against natural disasters

Security roller shutter doors are designed to protect and cover doors and windows. Unlike traditional shutters, roller shutters roll up instead of fold and are composed of individual lath that
form a strong barrier. One of the biggest benefits of roller shutter doors is that they can look inconspicuous whilst providing excellent security. Thanks to their complex coil mechanism, roller shutters can be rolled up when not in use, saving a great deal of space in the process. On top of this, the fitted lath affords them a clean and neat aesthetic, making your business look great whether they are up or down. Since roller shutters are made of galvanised steel or extruded aluminium, we offer them at a very affordable price. They are strong, sturdy, hard-wearing and, most importantly, good value for money.

Skylights

A skylight can provide your home with daylighting and ventilation. When properly selected and installed, an energy-efficient skylight can help minimize your heating, cooling, and lighting costs.
Ventilating a building with an operable skylight releases the hot air that naturally accumulates near the ceiling. Ventilating skylights usually open outward at the bottom, and some units vent through a small, hinged panel. Skylights may be opened manually with a pole, chain, or crank. Automated units with electric motors or pneumatic devices are also available. Some models incorporate moisture sensors to automatically close the skylight when it rains. Larger skylights that can be used as emergency exits are sometimes called “roof windows” and are located within a few feet of the floor.

Tempered Glass Doors

Tempered glass is defined as toughened glass that has been treated by heat or chemicals to increase its strength. Tempered glass has many benefits and uses which makes it a popular glass used in many home and commercial building projects. The most important benefit of tempered glass is safety. Tempered glass reduces the risk of injury due to its nature of breaking into small, circular pieces instead of sharp, jagged shards. Another benefit of tempered glass is ease of clean-up if they ever do break. Tempered glass breaks into small fragments instead of large, jagged pieces. This allows you to simply sweep up the glass instead of having to carefully pick up sharp pieces. The small glass pebbles of tempered glass can also be vacuumed to ensure all pieces have been cleaned up. A final benefit of tempered glass is its strength. Because the process of heating and applying chemicals strengthens the glass, tempered glass is an excellent choice for windshields, home windows and any other projects where maximum durability is desirable.

Automatic Doors

An automatic door is a closing or opening structure that is used to restrict access to an entrance through the use of automated technology. Doors can come in many types, such as swinging, rotating and sliding.
There are many types of sensors that can be used. Most automatic doors we install use motion detection or optical sensors to activate the closing or opening mechanisms. The sensors are installed at the sides of the door to track motion. Automatic door sensors are used in industrial and commercial environments to allow easy access to a building, especially for disabled people. This makes entry to a building safer and more efficient.

Safety Glass

From entrance doors and glass floors, to stairs and display cases, laminated glass is the perfect safety solution. Laminated Safety Glass are two or more panes of glass that are bonded together by a durable plastic interlayer, which enables the glass to strongly resist penetration by impacting objects. However, if it should break, the glass will tend to remain in its frame, minimizing the risk of injury from sharp edges and flying or falling glass particles.

Because of its strength and safety features, laminated glass is preferred when the following are required: Hurricane and impact resistance, Protection against bombs or other explosions, Sound reduction, Protection against forced entry, Protection from fallout of broken glass from building facades, Earthquake resistance, Protection from “smash and grab” thefts from storefront window displays and Bullet resistance.

Shopfront Glass System

A high quality expertly designed shopfront will always help your business stand out. Your shopfront has the ability to create a professional atmosphere and draw customers into your business

Shop front glass systems provide a practical solution for all entrance requirements. The aluminium steel is versatile with a comprehensive range of components to accommodate most designs. Sections can be anodized or powder coated to achieve a wide range of colours. The robust design of the system makes it durable for heavy traffic in commercial buildings and public places such as supermarkets, malls, offices and schools. Our customised shop front systems provides entrance doors such as swing, sliding, automatic and bi-folding

Bullet Proof Glass

Bullet resistant glass is made from multiple layers of tough glass with “interlayers” of various plastics. There is a final inner layer of polycarbonate (a tough type of plastic) or plastic film to prevent “spalling” (where dangerous shards of glass or plastic splinter off following the impact of a bullet). This sandwich of layers is called a laminate. It can be up to ten times thicker than a single pane of ordinary glass and it’s usually very heavy. When a bullet strikes bulletproof glass, its energy spreads out sideways through the layers. Because the energy is divided between a number of different pieces of glass and plastic, and spread over a large area, it is quickly absorbed. The bullet slows down so much that it no longer has enough energy to pierce through or to do much damage if it does so. Although the glass panes do break, the plastic layers stop them flying apart. Think of bulletproof glass as “energy-absorbing” glass and you’ll have a good idea how it works.

Reflective Glass

Besides the basic functionality of sun control, it contributes to architectural aesthetics and even energy conservation. Reflective glass helps a building achieve a high standard of visual appeal besides reflecting a greater amount of heat than normal tinted float glass, making it less prone to thermal breakage. Reflective glass is essentially ordinary float glass with a metallic coating that cuts off solar heat. This special metallic coating also provides a one-way mirror effect, preventing visibility from the outside and thus preserving privacy. Reflective glass is used primarily for structural façade glazing and carries multiple benefits such as:

1. Colour: Tinted, reflective architectural glasses offer better harmonization with spandrels, metal panels, extrusions and other building materials. This colour enriched glass transmits generous levels of visible light and offers colour neutrality, which also enhances the tint of the glass substrate underneath the reflective coating. Reflective glasses can also include low-e coatings.

3. Glare Control: Reflective glass also impacts visible light transmittance (VLT). Reflective glass allows just the right amount of natural light into a building, while at the same time reduces glare and the need for window blinds and other interior shading devices. In addition, reflective solar control glass reflects a portion of incoming solar radiation, which limits heat penetration into the building and can potentially lower HVAC usage.

2. Visibility: Reflective glass also has a special metallic coating that makes it possible to see out, while preventing people from seeing in, in order to preserve privacy during the day. In addition, reflective glass makes it possible to hide computer wires, vents, fans, HVAC components and other building mechanicals.

4. Exterior Appearance: Reflective glass provides a bold, crisp exterior appearance, along with a dynamic building surface that changes to reflect the colour of the sky, the passing of clouds and the different times of day.

Bathroom Enclosures

There are various types of shower enclosure that you can choose from depending on your tastes and the size of the space that you have. When considering shower enclosures it’s also important to take the type of glass you want to choose into account. You can opt for various glass types including toughened glass, safety glass and glass that has been coated in easy clean solution. Once a decision is made on where the shower enclosure will go, the inside walls should be tiled in preparation for the shower being fitted and installed. There are various types of enclosures, namely, quadrant shower enclosures, frameless shower inclosure, hinged enclosure and sliding shower enclosure.
